A new analytical report has been published based on the results of the study “Gender aspects of determining the place of residence of a child, non-fulfillment of parental responsibilities” conducted by the DEJURE Foundation together with the Ukrainian Women Lawyers Association “JurFem”.
The report addresses gender aspect and the protection of children’s rights in resolving disputes over the child’s place of residence and bringing parents to justice for non-compliance with parental responsibilities.
